Hi, my name is Ben Jones and I am an independant consultant with several years of experience in the area of executive pay design, performance measurement and corporate governance

I have previously worked for Kepler Associates and Deloitte, two of the leading remuneration consultancies in the UK. Last year I completed my MBA at INSEAD
